Order of work types in sales invoicing, new KPI in summary views and other new features

1. Making the organization of work types clearer in sales invoicing

• In Fondion, go to Admin > Sales invoicing > Pricing of work types
• Either drag and drop or mass edit to arrange the work types in the order you want.
• The set order affects:
  • The order of sales invoice rows made up of work types on a sales invoice.
  • The order of work types in the sales invoice work entry attachment, which is formed when you select “Combine invoice rows” when invoicing work entries.
    

2. A new KPI “Uninvoiced payment installments” has been added to the summary views

• The “Uninvoiced payment installments” KPI includes all payment installments whose invoicing status is anything other than “invoiced” in the Check/Invoice view, that is, payments that have not yet been sent with a sales invoice.
• Clicking on the number takes you to the Check/Invoice view, where the uninvoiced items are listed.
• The purpose of the KPI is to help ensure that no payment installments are forgotten.
  

3. You can add manual product packages from calculation to the admin calculation library

• An option to add it to the admin calculation library was added to the manual product package.
• This allows you to reuse the product packages you originally created for individual calculations.
• You can find “Add to library” at the right end of the product package line behind the three dots.
• When adding a product package to admin, select from the modal to which admin category the product package will be added.
• The original product package in the proposal calculation will still remain as a manual product package.

4. Salary type tables renewed

The salary type tables were updated on the Admin>Salaries page and in the user profile edit window. Changes made to the table are saved automatically when you move the cursor away from the edited field.

5. Clearer navigation Customer > Project > Contract with navigation path

• In the project information, you'll see a navigation path in the upper-left corner of the view that tells you which view you're in and what the views preceding it are.
• You can now move faster from one view to another by using the navigation path links.
